We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing, workmanship and/or returns. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Products may be returned for full refund only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return. Returns must be received in condition as shipped from Porter Home Essentials with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
